COCONUT SORBET

Ingredients
2 large tins coconut milk (full fat)
6oz caster sugar
1 tablespoon Malibu (or more!)

Method:
1. Place the coconut milk into a non-stick pan along with the sugar and heat until the sugar has all melted.
2. Add the Malibu and stir to mix. Leave to cool.
3. Transfer to an ice cream machine and freeze/churn for 25 minutes.
4. Eat at 100mph.
