The cookery afternoon consists of your delegates being split into
groups of 3 or 4, they will be given some mystery ingredients, the
groups have 15 minutes to write their own menu, then they are given
the run of the castle kitchens to prepare their meal within 45 minutes.
Our Chef will taste the dishes and decide on the winner. The winner
will receive a prize and certificate.
3.00pm
The day starts with a brief about the days events.
3.30pm
Get into your aprons and start writing your menus.
3.45pm
This is where the action starts you have 1 hour to turn your
menu into the real thing.
4.45pm
Your hour is up, it's time to present your dishes.
5.00pm
Time to relax in Restaurant Anise over afternoon tea &
find out who the winner is.
