Reservations/Confirmations
All room reservations must be confirmed at the time of booking with
a £50.00 per room (this is only applicable to weddings), per night
non-refundable deposit and a valid credit or debit card. By issuing
the credit card details the booker is giving Hazlewood Castle permission
to take payment from the card if a reservation is cancelled or if
an account is left unpaid. Hazlewood Castle does not hold provisionally
bookings. Once a reservation has been confirmed where possible Hazlewood
Castle will confirm the reservation back in writing via fax, letter
or email. If a sofa bed or cot is required then a charge of £55.00
will be incurred for the Sofa bed and £25.00 for the cot.
Bedroom Rates
All rates quoted at time are subject to availability, seasons &
time of year, Hazlewood Castle have the right to change and/or amend
rates as we see fit. 2006 Rates maybe subject to annual increase
and local events.
Check out
We ask that guests vacate their room by 11.00am on the day of departure
unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with the manager
Check In
Check in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. With regard to group
bookings it is the responsibility of the booker to inform all of
their guests of the check in time. On check in a credit card number
will be requested from all guests
Foreign Currency
Hazlewood Castle does not accept or exchange any foreign currency
Cash Back
Hazlewood Castle does not offer a cash back facility with any credit
or debit cards
Cancellation
Should an individual reservation be cancelled with in 72 hours of
the date of the booking then Hazlewood Castle reserves the right
to charge the full amount of the reservation cost if we are unable
to resell the room. Group bookings of 5 or more rooms who cancel
within 1 week will also be charged the full amount of the reservation
cost although Hazlewood Castle will endeavour to resell the room.
Once a reservation has been cancelled Hazlewood Castle will confirm
this where possible in writing by fax, letter or email
Cheques
All cheques should be made payable to Hazlewood Castle Ltd. If you
are paying your account by cheque you must present a cheque guarantee
card which must cover the full amount of the cheque otherwise the
cheque will not be accepted as payment.
Credit Card
Hazlewood Castle only accepts the following valid credit cards,
Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, American Express & Diners.
If you are wishing to use a credit card to guarantee your reservation
the card must not expire before the arrival date. |
