Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately as much as we love dogs (and we really do), we can't accommodate them at the moment.

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes, the more the merrier.

We do however run a strict behaviour policy and ask that you respect other people staying in the area also.

Are children allowed?

Yes, they are more than welcome.

Why not entertain the whole family with some activities during your stay.

Are there toilets and showers on-site?

Absolutely, after all this is Glamping!

Do you provide travel cots / high chairs?

Unfortunately not, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Can I book a one night stay?

Yes, this can be done whilst booking online.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is between 14:00 - 17:00

Check-Out is between 11:00 - 11:30

What if I can't make the arrival and departure times?

Please contact us upon booking and we can arrange something for you.

What else should we bring?

Just yourselves, a sense of adventure and a group of smiles.

If you are wanting to dine in the hotel then you may want to bring along some mod cons such as Hair Dryers and Ironing Facilities.

Are the facilities open all year round?

Yes, both the hotel, spa and activity centre are open all year round. We just ask that you dress appropriately for the weather.

Is there Wifi Available?

Unfortunately not, however most networks get good 4G in the woodland.

Is there somewhere to purchase groceries?

There is no particular shop on site so we recommend you bring in advance or book one of our luxury welcome packs.

The hotel is a short walk away for food and beverages.

Are we allowed Fires / BBQ's?

Yes, depending on your accommodation type you are more than welcome to have Fires and BBQ's.

Please note these must be in the designated area provided.

Can I park next to my accommodation?

As all accommodation is based in the woodland, it isn't possible to park directly next to your space, however there is a close drop off point for you to unload your car on arrival.

Once unloaded we ask you to leave your vehicle in the hotel car park. This is free of charge to use.

Is there electric to charge my devices?

Yes there is electric in the woodland cabins.

Unfortunately there no electric points in the bell tents or wild hammock areas as of yet.
