CHRISTMAS BREAKS

A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of £100 per person is taken at the time of booking. The final balance is due by 1st November 2023, we request dietary requirements are also advised at this time. We recommend holiday insurance as a sensible precaution against unforeseen circumstances and sickness. No treatments are available on Christmas Day. All prices are inclusive of VAT. A full itinerary will be issued by 30th November. Single supplements apply.

EVENTS

£10 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required to confirm festive events bookings
Full payment, pre-orders, and any dietary requirements are due on 1st November 2023
Should payment not be received by the due date the hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or combine events should numbers not be sufficient.

CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH

A £30 per person non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment, pre-orders and any dietary requirements are due on 1st November 2023
After full payment is received there will be no refunds for cancellations or reduction in numbers.
